I would like to return my order

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from June23rd Signature. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is defective
  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products.

Time Frame for Returns

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order if there is any issue.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. Include your Order Number
  3. Provide clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  4. Briefly explain the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect

If a replacement is preferred, we will arrange it promptly (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened food items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
